Description
The TOA VX-3016F is a 16-zone system frame for the VX-3000 voice evacuation series, certified to EN 54-16. It combines the control, routing and monitoring of a public address and voice alarm system in one rack unit, for day-to-day paging, background music and emergency evacuation.
The frame takes two digital amplifier modules: one amplifier can drive all 16 zones, two can drive eight zones each, or the second slot can hold a standby amplifier that takes over automatically on failure. Each speaker line is supervised by impedance (with selectable pilot tone) or end-of-line modules, with individual fault indication.
Built-in DSP provides filters, compressor and delay on the amplifier channels and inputs, with feedback suppression and Smart ANC ambient noise control. Up to eight remote microphones connect over RJ45, two of which can be emergency microphones, and redundant Ethernet with RSTP links frames into larger systems.
