Who we are
Trinity Solutions FZC LLC, Sharjah Publishing City, SPC Business Centre, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described below. For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights set out in it, contact [email protected].
What we collect, and why
Enquiries you send us
When you submit the enquiry form we record the name, email address, telephone number, organisation and message you provide, together with the product page the enquiry came from if applicable.
We also record the IP address, browser user-agent and referring page of the submission. That is used solely to identify and filter automated form spam. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not linked to anything else.
Why: to answer you, and to keep a record of the commercial enquiry. Basis: your request, and our legitimate interest in operating a business enquiry process.
WhatsApp and Call buttons
When you press the WhatsApp or Call button on a product page, we record that a press occurred, which product it was on, and the IP address it came from. We do this to understand which products generate enquiries.
We do not receive your phone number from this, and we cannot see it until you actually contact us. Once you open WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy rather than this one.
Server logs
Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user-agent — for security and diagnostics. These are rotated and deleted on a short cycle.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all for ordinary visitors. There is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie and no third-party tracker, which is why you have not been shown a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.
One cookie exists in the application: a session cookie set when a member of Trinity staff signs in to the administration panel. It is strictly necessary for that sign-in to work, is never set for public visitors, and expires after eight hours.
Your browser may store a small preference locally if you switch the site between light and dark appearance. That never leaves your device and is not readable by us.
Who else sees it
Enquiry data is held on our own server infrastructure and is accessible only to Trinity Solutions staff who handle enquiries.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Where answering your enquiry requires a quotation from a manufacturer or supplier, we share only what that quotation needs — typically the technical requirement and, where relevant, the delivery location. We will tell you when that is the case.
This website is served through Cloudflare, which processes connection data (including your IP address) in order to route and protect the traffic.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 24 months from the last contact, so that we can pick up a conversation about a project that pauses and resumes — which in this sector is normal. Enquiries that lead to a contract are retained for as long as the commercial relationship and any statutory record-keeping obligation requires.
Click-through records for the WhatsApp and Call buttons are retained for 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it;
- stop using it for a particular purpose;
- provide a copy of it in a portable format.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not ask you to justify the request.
These rights are given effect under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Where you contact us from the EU or UK and the GDPR applies to that processing, we honour the equivalent rights under it.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. The database is not reachable from the public internet. Administrative access requires an individual account whose password is stored only as a salted hash, and sessions expire after eight hours.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting enquiries already submitted will be notified by email.
