Expertise

The engineer who scoped it commissions it.

A UAE engineering consultancy working across mechanical systems, HVAC, ELV and critical infrastructure for healthcare, education, government and commercial estates. Established in 2001, and staffed for retention because institutional memory is the service we are actually selling.

Clients who renew

We are frequently hired to say the unwelcome thing.

A large part of our work is independent review — reading someone else’s design, or someone else’s installation, and reporting on what we find. That is uncomfortable work. It is also the work that most often saves a client a summer.

It shapes how we are structured. We hold no incentive to specify a larger system than the load requires, and where we do have a supply interest in equipment we are reviewing, we declare it in writing before the engagement begins. A consultancy that cannot say “this is adequate, leave it alone” is not providing consultancy.

  • Integrity

We tell you what a system will actually cost to run, not what makes the proposal easier to sign. Where we are not the right firm for a scope, we say so.

  • Precision

Specifications are written against a standard and a load calculation, not a catalogue page. Every recommendation carries the reasoning that produced it.

  • Continuity

The engineer who scoped your system is the one who commissions it. We staff for retention because institutional memory is the service.

How a project is staffed.

Six disciplines in-house. Which of them your project draws on depends on the work, but the lead engineer does not change partway through.

  • Engineering Consultants

MEP systems design review and independent technical opinion.

  • HVAC Engineers

Chilled water, DX, air distribution and commissioning management.

  • Project Managers

    Programme, procurement and contractor coordination.

  • Facilities Specialists

Lifecycle planning, PPM regimes and asset performance.

  • Fire & Life Safety

Detection, suppression and Civil Defence compliance.

  • ELV & Systems Integration

Security, PA/VA, BMS and cross-system cause and effect.

In their words.

Attributed by role and sector rather than by name — most of our clients prefer their estate arrangements not be public.

  • Trinity reviewed a chilled water design we had already signed off and found a pump selection error that would have cost us the summer. The report was blunt and it was right.

  • They rebuilt our asset register from scratch across eleven sites and got the CAFM data migrated without a break in the maintenance schedule.

  • The same engineer who scoped the generator installation ran the load-bank acceptance eighteen months later. That continuity is rarer than it should be.
