Description
The TOA VX-030DA is a single-channel Class-D digital power amplifier module for VX-3000 voice evacuation systems. It slots into the VX-3004F, VX-3008F and VX-3016F frames and delivers up to 300 W on a 100 V line, with the output voltage selectable for 100 V, 70 V or 50 V speaker systems.
Class-D design keeps the module compact and light and reduces heat in the equipment rack. A standby mode cuts consumption to around 1.3 W when the amplifier is idle, which reduces the battery capacity needed for standby periods in an EN 54 system.
The module is powered from 31 V DC through the VX-3000 power supply unit, and complies with the European EN 54 standard for voice alarm systems.
