Description
Suprema BioStation 3 is a compact door terminal that recognises faces in about 0.2 seconds at 0.3 to 1.0 m, with live face detection against photo and video spoofing. It also accepts PIN, mobile credentials (NFC and BLE), QR or barcode (licensed), and 125 kHz EM and 13.56 MHz MIFARE, DESFire and FeliCa cards on the BS3-DB model.
A 5.5-inch touchscreen guides users, and built-in VoIP intercom and RTSP video streaming let reception or security speak to and see visitors at the door. The terminal holds up to 100,000 users and 50,000 face credentials for 1:N matching.
Interfaces include Wiegand in/out, OSDP over RS-485, three inputs and a relay, with Gigabit Ethernet. The IP65 and IK06 housing suits indoor and sheltered outdoor doors.
Trinity Solutions supplies, installs and integrates Suprema terminals with BioStar 2 and third-party access control systems.
