Description
The Setra FLEX is a room environmental monitor for spaces where pressure relationships protect patients, staff and products: airborne infection isolation rooms, protective environment rooms, operating theatres, sterile pharmacy compounding and cleanrooms.
One unit monitors up to three rooms, with six parameters per room: differential pressure, temperature, humidity, air change rate and two user-defined values. The 7-inch capacitive touchscreen works with medical gloves and changes background colour with room status, backed by dual audible alarms, adjustable delays and a relay for remote annunciation.
An on-board bidirectional pressure transducer is available in ranges from ±0.05 to ±1.00 inWC (±12.5 to ±250 Pa) with ±0.25% full-scale accuracy. The FLEX-RM version monitors only; the FLEX-RC version adds control of VAV boxes, venturi valves or reheat valves. BACnet/IP and BACnet MS/TP are built in for BMS integration.
